This day-long conference will provide southern New Jersey school administrative leadership the opportunity to learn about current findings and best practices concerning the New Jersey Department of Education’s “Educator Evaluation System Implementation” process.

Panel discussions include:
● How do we measure student growth?
● How do we measure teacher success?
● How do we assess principal effectiveness?
● Scaling up for successful implementation: lessons learned by the pilot districts
● Make professional development count: Using the evaluation as the foundation
● Collaboration is the future: Districts, higher education, and DOE
● Special guest panelist: Christopher Hafen, Ph.D., Research Scientist at CASTL and Managing Director for MyTeachingPartner-Secondary
